Therapy in a group setting is generally focused on one topic, of which members may have different experiences or insights. Groups are available for many issues, including grief, anger management, stress management, weight management, etc. Group therapy is especially beneficial for social anxiety as it includes practical interaction with others but in a safe space with people who understand the difficulty.
