Conflict Resolution

People disagree, argue and debate all the time, and it’s totally normal. In fact, it’s healthy. But when conflict becomes destructive, persistent and exhausting, it’s time to address the cause.

Unfortunately, the art of communication and conflict resolution is not taught in schools. Many adults go through life wondering if their personalities are the cause of consistently problematic relationships. However, simple tweaks to communication styles can radically improve interactions.

Communication is an area of study that captivates me, so much so that I majored in Communications (along with Psychology) in my first degree. Over the years, I have learned that there is a very specific way to argue, and I love sharing this formula with my clients, both individuals and couples.
